BATHTUB & ICE BATH
A unique experience of bathing in an outdoor wooden hot tub with a view of the forest! Relax your sports-weary muscles in our outdoor Finnish hot tub. It can be freezing outside and you will be relaxing in the water at a temperature of 36-38 degrees Celsius.

INFRA SAUNA
Whether you are tired from sports activities or just want to relax, the infrared sauna is the right choice! It helps the body get rid of toxins, soothe muscle and joint pain, improve blood circulation and cleanse the skin. Although, unlike the Finnish sauna, there is no increase in body temperature up to 38 °C and consequently the activation of the immune system and acceleration of metabolism, but the infrared sauna is gentler on the body and excessive sweating associated with the flushing out of harmful substances also occurs.
